Q: My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

A: NutriPlex Formulas will happily accept returns for damaged items and will replace the products or issue a full refund within 5 working days of receiving the return shipment, under the following conditions:

• Returns are only accepted within 10 working days of delivery

• To ensure proper compensation, an Item Return Form must be filled out and submitted to support@nutriplexformulas.com along with proof of damages

• Products may not be returned if practitioner caused the damage or left them in extreme temperatures (below 45 or above 80 degrees Fahrenheit) for any length of time.
