Q: I ordered a product by mistake. Can I return it? 

A: NutriPlex Formulas does accept returns for unwanted items, and will issue an account credit within 5 working days of receiving the return shipment, under the following conditions:

• Returns are only accepted within 10 working days of delivery

• To ensure proper compensation, an Item Return Form must be filled out and submitted to support@nutriplexformulas.com

• Items must be returned in sealed, clean, and resalable condition

• Products cannot be returned if practitioner has exposed them to extreme temperatures (below 45 or above 80 degrees Fahrenheit) for any length of time

• Practitioner is responsible for return shipping

• A 15% restocking fee is issued, with a minimum charge of $10
